Home Depot Life Insurance Plans:
As a full-time Home Depot salaried associate, you are eligible for:
Basic Term Life Insurance – $50,000 coverage; or
Supplemental Term Life Insurance – coverage equal to one to 10 times your annual base pay (up to maximum); or
Both Basic Term Life Insurance and Supplemental Term Life Insurance.
You can also purchase life insurance coverage for your family as follows:
Dependent Life for your Spouse – coverage equal to $20,000 or one to 10 times your annual base pay or up to a maximum of $250,000;
Dependent Life for your children – coverage equal to $2,500, $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, or $25,000.
As a full-time Home Depot hourly associate, you are eligible for:
Basic Term Life Insurance – $20,000 coverage; or
Supplemental Term Life Insurance – coverage equal to one to 10 times your annual base pay (up to maximum); or
Both Basic Term Life Insurance and Supplemental Term Life Insurance.
You can also purchase life insurance coverage for your family as follows:
Dependent Life for your Spouse – coverage equal to $20,000 or one to 10 times your annual base pay or up to a maximum of $250,000;
Dependent Life for your children – coverage equal to $2,500, $5,000, $10,000, $15,000, or $25,000.
Life Insurance – Part-time Home Depot Employees:
As a part-time associate, you are eligible for Term Life coverage of $20,000.
You can purchase Dependent Term Life Insurance to provide coverage for dependent family members. Coverage is $2,500 for your spouse and each eligible child.
Home Depot Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage:
AD&D – Full-time – Hourly:
As a full-time hourly associate, you can enroll in associate-only AD&D coverage equal to one to 10 times your annual base pay, up to a maximum of $500,000.
You can also purchase Family AD&D coverage for yourself and your family.
AD&D – Full-time – Salaried:
As a full-time salaried associate, you can enroll in associate-only AD&D coverage equal to one to 10 times your annual base pay, up to a maximum of $500,000.
You can also purchase Family AD&D coverage for yourself and your family.
AD&D – Part-time:
As a part-time associate, you can buy Term Life Insurance coverage of $20,000. If your death is the result of a covered accident, the plan pays your beneficiary an additional accidental death benefit of $20,000.
